As a victim of criminal action, you have the right to attend court hearings. This is not required and you are not obligated to do so unless you have received a subpoena. However, you do have the right to be notified of such hearings and also to be informed of what is happening in the criminal justice process.

Please let me know if you would like notification of future hearings regarding this case, in accordance with USA 78-3a-905, and what involvement you would like with your Victim Advocate.

If you wish to be notified, it is your responsibility to keep Victim Services informed of any address changes you may have.
