Victim Compensation

CVR provides financial assistance to victims who have suffered financial loss, physical injuries and emotional trauma as a result of a violent crime. Funding of the program comes from criminal offenders through surcharges and fines. To complete an on-line application, please fill out the Application for Crime Victim Reparations.

After filling out the first, second, fourth and fifth portions, sign the back and return the form to Victim Services for processing.
