Micromobility


The CMPO's Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) has been working with Logan City staff and legal counsel to propose an ordinance that will replace the City's existing Bicycle Ordinance with an updated Micromobility Ordinance. Let's take a look a closer look at what micromobility means and what changes. 

Below you'll find a presentation made to the Logan City Council on April 19, 2022, you will also find a one-pager outlining what micromobility means and the key takeaways from the Micromobility Ordinance update. The final item is a red-lined version of the proposed ordinance, it showcases the revisions and updates to the currently adopted language. 

A public hearing about the ordinance is taking place on Tuesday, May 3rd at 5:30pm in the Logan City Council meeting.
