The County Recorder may not record any instrument, furnish any copies, or provide any service connected with the office, until the fees prescribed by law have been paid or have been authorized to be paid electronically. (Utah Code 17-21-18)

Recording Fees 

Document Recording Fee	$40.00 Per Document Flat Fee (Includes up to Ten Legal Descriptions) + $2.00 Each Additional Legal Description Over Ten
Plat Recording Fee	$50.00 Per Plat Flat Fee + $2.00 Per Lot, Parcel, or Unit

 Recording Fees are set by State Law, as directed by Utah Code 17-21-18.5, and have been effective since May 14, 2019.

Copy Fees

Copy of Recorded Document (Unassisted by Staff)	$1.00 First Page Flat Fee + $0.25 Each Additional Page
Copy of Recorded Document (Assisted by Staff)	$2.00 Per Page
Digital Copy of Recorded Document Emailed (Assisted by Staff)	$1.00 Per Document
Copy of Ownership Plat (18X18)	$8.00 Per Sheet
Copy of Recorded Plat (24X36)	$10.00 Per Sheet
Certification of Document Copy	$5.00 Flat Fee  + $2.00 Per Page

 Copy Fees are set by County Ordinance, as directed by Utah Code 17-53-211, and have been effective since January 1, 2022.
