Alternative Fuel Fees
These fees will be in addition to all other registration fees.
- Electric/other alternative fuel - $152.50
- Hybrid Electric - $37.25
- Plug-in Hybrid Electric - $74.25
Other alternative fuel is a fuel other than gasoline, diesel, flex fuel, natural gas, electric, hybrid, plug-in hybrid or propane.
2024 Emission Requirements
Vehicles six years old and greater that have odd-numbered model years must have an emission test done in odd-numbered calendar years, and vehicles that are even-numbered model years must have an emission test in even-numbered calendar years.
