Ambulance Billing

The ambulance billing office offers many options to make payments quick and easy.

  1. You can make payment online via: this webpage
  2. You can make payment over the phone by calling (435) 563-0357. Debit cards, Visa, and Mastercard are accepted over the phone. Flex spending accounts are also accepted.
  3. Payment may be made at the Finance Department in the Cache County Administration Building (179 N Main Suite 202, Logan, UT) during business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm). Please have your billing statement nearby
