Horse Stalls

There are 60 permanent stalls (10’ X 10’) and 100 portable stalls available for rent. Hay stalls are on a first come first serve bases. Rental fee includes riding privileges for immediate family of lessee of the horse stalled. Stall renters may use the riding facilities when no events are scheduled.

 

All monthly stall fees are due by the 5th day of each month. If payments are not received by the 5th day of the month, a late fee may be applied to the account. Payments must be remitted to Cache County Fairgrounds by check, credit card, or cash.

 

Renters are responsible for shavings and feed. Shavings are provided for daily stall renters.

 

All reservations will require a deposit for cleaning and damage repair and a signed lease agreement at the time the reservation is made.

 

Deposit checks will be cashed and a refund check issued after the reservation date. All cleaning and/or damage expenses will be taken out of the deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount, user will be billed for the balance. The deposit refund will be issued within 10 business days.  Click to print a copy of the  Horse Stall Rental Agreement.
