Cache County Fairgrounds and Event Center

The staff at the Cache County Fairgrounds & Event Center are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable venue for both the citizens of Cache County and visitors.  Our facility hosts a variety of community and private events, with the Cache County Fair and Rodeo taking center stage.  Held during the first full week in August, this beloved event draws approximately 50,000 participants and spectators over the course of a week.

Additionally, the fairgrounds are home to the Cache Valley Cruise-In, Utah's largest three-day car show, showcasing over 800 vehicles of all shapes and sizes and attracting thousands of visitors from across the country each July.  

Other popluar events include Vintage Market Days, Summerfest, demolition derbies, horse shows, AKC dog shows, rodeos, and more. We also provide both short-and long-term horse stall rentals to meet the needs of our equestrian community.

Cache Arena (Indoor)

Riding Pass
• A valid riding pass is required to ride in any arena on the Cache County Fairgrounds
• Passes must be worn at all times while on the premises
• Purchase at the office or online: Riding Pass

Pass riding is available during these times, unless otherwise reserved.

Summer Hours
(May 1 – September 30)
• Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Winter Hours
(October 1 – April 30)
• Monday through Saturday: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Cache Arena Reservations for the upcoming year
• Open at 8:00 AM on the first Monday in June
• Accepted in person only and on a first-come, first-served basis
• All reservations require a minimum of two-hour blocks
• Reservation Times: Monday – Friday:   • First reservation begins at 8:00 AM   • Last reservation begins at 8:00 PM


Cache Arena Special Event Bookings
• Begin at 8:00 AM on the second Monday in April for the upcoming year
• Defined as any booking reserving more than a 4-hour block
• Special Events take priority and may bump hourly reservations
• Must provide a Certificate of Insurance before the event
                                                     Payment & Contract: A booking deposit must be paid and a contract signed.
