With only limited space available, we insist on quality and professionalism, because we consider you a partner in our success. All vendors compete annually for selection, and we work to avoid duplication among vendors.

Booth Space/Fees: Booth space will be chosen by committee. AREA is not guaranteed. If you set up an area larger than requested on application, you may be unable to participate. Previous participation is not a guarantee of a particular booth space. There will be a recycle area for cardboard and other recyclables. Please recycle!

Set-Up: Set up will be by assigned time and date.  ALL booths will be completely set up on opening day by 10am.

Parking: Vendors may park east of the rodeo grounds. A separate loading and unloading zone will be designated for vendors to use for the purpose of supplying their booth during the event (MULE DRIVERS).

Security: We do have 24 hr. surveillance. Police will do periodic walk-throughs during the day/night. Cache County Fair and Rodeo assumes no liability for vendor items lost or damaged. Cache County Fair and Rodeo is not responsible for any damage vendors may incur to their booth during the show from rain, wind, fire, theft, acts of God, etc.

Cleanup: Vendors are responsible for their own cleanup and must be cleaned up, CHECKED OUT by Cache County Fair and Rodeo personnel and off the premises by noon on Sunday, August 13.  Cleaning includes thorough removal of garbage, boxes, grease, or other spills. Your space should look just like it did before you set up.

FOOD VENDORS: Applicants must submit photos of booth setup along with dimensions of your required space. The dimensions must include extensions such as trailer tongues or hitches, and amount of space required for storage of items such as supplies, propane tanks, storage trailer, etc. If approved, the food committee has the right to disallow individual food items from your menu. Previous participation is not a guarantee of acceptance. Bear River Health Department is very proactive when it comes to public health, and any issues they raise must be resolved immediately.

**Food vendors should be very specific with pricing, items, and space needed during the Cache County Fair**

All vendors are responsible for conducting their own sales. It is your responsibility to collect and report sales tax. Sales tax information will be available upon arrival at the fair. Upon acceptance, food vendors must supply a certificate of insurance (for a minimum of $1,000,000), naming Cache County Fair and Rodeo as an additional insured for the dates. You must have a current food handler's permit and event permit from Bear River Health Department.
